Our primary service provided to individuals is life coaching that includes custom designed courses for mind and body. These can be taken either as self study or in conjunction with working with us. They cover most interests and budgets, starting from our book, The Well-Adjusted Life, all the way to ongoing private consultation. Our goal is enhancing your confidence in your own abilities while streamlining the various operations of your life. The end result is enjoying your life more, working at it less, and managing it easier.

Exercise for the rest of us means thinking in terms of exercising anytime, anywhere — as opposed to having a set aside, planned out activity. Instead, look at exercise as simply movement done more specifically with a bit more effort. We can teach you how to exercise successfully by performing movement safely, effectively, and consistently.
