If you’re tired of the over promising, here’s what I can promise you — success takes effort and focus. There will be set-backs. But you have to believe in yourself.
We all need help.
Men often think asking for help reflects weakness or absence of character. In truth, men are conditioned to feel that other men take advantage of them in situations where they need help. That’s the real reason they don’t do it.
The best athletes and businessmen routinely employ coaches… to promote improvement, accountability, and commitment.
BODY WORK — Hands-on restorative movement designed to arrest degenerative conditions and restore muscular / connective tissue functionality
ANALYSIS — of your body’s long standing and current compensation for stress and environmental conditions.
PERSONALIZED — exercise program designed to extend the physical prime of your life. Learn how to incorporate movement and exercise into your lifestyle. Master the four elements of exercise.
TAKE CONTROL — of your own therapy. Run your whole life like a business. Focus on being effective, not efficient. Learn kitchen management techniques that enable quick, healthy, affordable meals.
``I wanted more than a coach or a rah-rah guy. Somebody who would listen to me in a non-judgmental way. Help guide me to my truth as a man and a Father. Teach me skills to improve my communication with my wife, children, and employees. Keep me accountable, with a level of transparency so I couldn't hide anymore. Will has been all this, and more for me. Every time I talk or see him, he is always ready to go all the way. No shortcuts. Funny and light one minute, deadly serious the next. It's like he walks alongside you and totally has your back. I have never felt that level of support from another man. Now I am building that with my relationships with other men. Will means what he says when he talks about self-reliance, sustainability, and functionality.'' – Michael N.
Be Effective, not Just Efficient
Vitalogy primarily focuses on men, their families, and their businesses. Using communication techniques for them to be in touch with themselves, and their bodies, and their families and businesses. In a healthy way that doesn’t burn the candle at both ends. If you’re tired of the over promising, here’s what I can promise you. It takes effort and focus. There will be set-backs. But you have to believe in yourself. And if you don’t, you’re going to have to create ways to start. Find motivation and get help to feel better about yourself. We focus on where you are and what you want next. We address your mind and body and look at your effectiveness, rather than your efficiency, in daily life.
Not addressing your process in life (emotional/unresolved issues) interferes with all your aspirations and relationships. You can’t delegate your emotional life.
Process and execution go hand in hand. What would it take to feel better about yourself? Pushing away from the table and the food? A bit more commitment to movement and exercise? A little more willingness to listen to the people in your life? Become aware of what that involves.
Clarify your beliefs about masculine energy, what it means to be a man. Eliminate beliefs that don’t serve you.
Learn how to allow rather than always forcing. You’ll live longer and be happier… and so will those around you.
Develop genuine compassion. First towards yourself. Then your family. And at work. And ultimately out in the world and wherever you find yourself.
Recognize the importance of setting boundaries. First with yourself. Then with others. Your family/business looks to you to set the tone in that regard.
Create the right mindset around having ample time for rest and renewal, to literally hit the reset button. Regularly. Otherwise you are never in balance. No equilibrium.
``Through working with Will, I made time to go deep into myself and take inventory of who I am. I then edited - paperwork, stuff, projects no longer viable or interesting to me - housecleaning inside and out. I have created new habits of how to care for my body in ways that integrate my mind and heart. The organic process resulted in streamlining my entire life. The load is much lighter now. Will's vitality and serene nature kept me steady through the entire process. I felt safe while simultaneously having my edges pushed. '' – Jerry F.
